During the initi­al brie­fing on your plan­ned event, we lis­ten careful­ly and ask lots of ques­ti­ons. This is becau­se we need to have as pre­cise an idea as pos­si­ble of the pro­ject so that we can start con­cep­tua­li­zing and bud­ge­ting in a tech­ni­cal­ly crea­ti­ve and solu­ti­on-ori­en­ted manner. 

Per­so­nal cont­acts accom­pa­ny the pro­ject from start to finish — you set the pace. Every new con­side­ra­ti­on and every fur­ther step is coor­di­na­ted with you. On request, we are hap­py to car­ry out the con­sul­ta­ti­on direct­ly at the loca­ti­on whe­re the event is to take place later. This allows us to get a feel for the loca­ti­on and check the struc­tu­ral con­di­ti­ons. We always include ener­gy effi­ci­en­cy and sus­taina­bi­li­ty in our con­side­ra­ti­ons and always avo­id incom­pre­hen­si­ble tech­ni­cal jar­gon and hid­den cos­ts. In short: we advi­se with pas­si­on and speak plainly.
